Tilly? Who in God’s name calls their child Tilly? Names aside, young Tilly sounds like across between Beth Orton and Sophie Ellis Bextor, hmm.
I can imagine some of my more girly friends singing along to this as they drive to work. I waited for a chorus to kick in, it didn’t, I waited for any kind of tune that would make this stand out as a song and not just background music, it never happened.
I couldn’t make any sense of the lyrics, only that she does like to use the word “bullshit” quite a bit, what a rebel. Avoid this unless you like your music painfully bland. Sorry.
